| Appointments |
| Our office hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays. Our first appointment is at 9:00 AM Monday thru Saturday. We would like you to call ahead for an appointment to ensure you are getting the care you and your pet need. We do accept drop-offs as early as 7:30 a.m. Monday thru Friday and during regular business hours if your schedule does not allow you to make an appointment. |
| For you and your pets' safety, we ask that dogs be on a leash and cats be in a carrier. If you forget your leash for your dog or a carrier for your cat, please come in alone first and we can loan you one for your visit. |

| Hospital |
| We have an open door policy at our hospital. All the inside doors in our renovated Victorian House have glass panels so you may observe all procedures. You are welcome at any time to tour our facility. We welcome local students for "job shadows" of our veterinarians and we have visiting vet students from WSU throughout the year at our hospital. |

| Payment |
| We require payment in full at time of services. We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Travelers Checks and money orders. We will accept "Complimentary Exam" certificates from the King County Humane Society and Homeward Pet Adoption Center. |
| We offer the Citi Health Card, 3 month no interest, credit card payment plan. Please contact our office for more details or go to www.healthcard.citicards.com for an application. |
