
Our knowledgeable and friendly support staff members are here to answer questions about everything from tips on how to brush a dog’s teeth to when your cat needs her next vaccines. All support staff members are cross-trained to ensure that every person you meet at our hospital will be knowledgeable in veterinary medicine as well as able to schedule appointments or get medication refilled. We like to think of our customers as part of a large family and are here to support you through the excitement of a new pet joining your family all the way through to end-of-life decisions. Every staff member at our hospital is also a pet “mom” or “dad” and can relate to your questions, concerns, and joys that come from having a pet. We are accustomed to helping our clients with all of their pets’ needs.
Our administration team comprises of our support staff and our practice manager, Angie Koellner. We strive to make your experience at Hollywood Hill Animal Hospital an enjoyable one by working behind-the-scenes to make the hospital run smoothly. In addition to managing client accounts and patient records and ensuring the privacy of both, we have developed a reminder system to help you know when your pet needs to be seen next. After your first visit with us, we compile the information from your visit plus any exisiting history from other hospitals to create your pet's individualized reminders. Your pet (yes, it will be addressed to your pet!) will then get a postcard from us in the mail before the next service is due.
